Data Deletion Instructions

At SPICE ADS LTD (“SpiceAds”), we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data.
If you have connected your Meta Ads account to SpiceAds, you may request deletion of all data we have collected through the Meta Marketing API. We only process aggregated campaign performance data (e.g., impressions, clicks, spend, conversions) and never collect personal user-level information.

How to Request Data Deletion

You may delete your data in either of the following ways:

  1. In-App Option
    • Log into your SpiceAds account at https://app.spiceads.ai.
    • Go to Account Settings → Delete My Data.
    • Confirm the deletion request.
  2. By Email
    • Send an email to support@spiceads.ai with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
    • Please include the email address associated with your SpiceAds account.

What Happens Next

  • Upon receiving your request, all associated Meta campaign data stored by SpiceAds will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
  • After deletion, you will no longer have access to your past analysis reports in SpiceAds.
  • Deletion does not affect any data stored directly by Meta; it only removes data stored by SpiceAds.
